We collect and store information about where you are located by converting your IP address into a rough geolocation. We may ask you to provide information about your location as in the case to provide your geolocation information to geotag a post. We may also use the location information to personalize the Service to you by showing you relevant local content.

This Application collects some Personal Data from its Users.

  • PThe NoisyMap application collects some personal information. This personal information may be shared with:
    • Our hosting backend infrastructure, Heroku Inc. (Heroku). Heroku allows us to host NoisyMap to run natively on the Heroku platform. You can read more of their privacy policy here:
    • NoisyMap allows you the option to Facebook connect by authorizing the usage of your Facebook connect credentials (and information that you authorize Facebook share with us). If you do authorize Facebook Connect, we just ask for Email permission.
    • Additionally, NoisyMap may also use your personal information to interact with external social networks and platforms (such as Facebook and Twitter).

Links to Other Sites

The NoisyMap app and website may contain links to other sites. NoisyMap does not control the information collection of sites that can be reached through links from the website or app. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave the NoisyMap website and to read the privacy policy of each website that collects personally identifiable information.
